How can I see which programs are blocked and which are allowed?

How can I see a list which programs are blocked and which are allowed? So that I can change the rules.

Help is needed!

Ok you can do this by;
Comodo → FireWall → Advanced → Network Security Policy
Comodo → Defense+ → advanced → computer Security Policy

Oh!! Also…

Comodo → Firewall → Events
Comodo → Defense+ → Events

That is just a way to view the events of what’s been blocked

Just to add to Kyle`s advice you may have blocked explorer.exe from running an application and told D+ to remember.
In Defence+/Advanced/Computer Security Policy—>Highlight %windir%\explorer.exe and click “Edit” then “access rights” then on “Modify” next to “Run an executable”
This shows what explorer has allowed/blocked to execute and remembered
