How can I repair CIS? In Control panel Add/Remove Programms the repair option is greyed out and it is written CIS Premium can not be repaired ???
Have you tried opening CIS and going to More => Diagnostics?
Please see if the diagnostics can fix whatever problem it is that you’re seeing.
Diagnostics shows no problems.

If this is the only symptom, I say it is no call for concern.
My repair option has always been greyed out (CIS Premium can not be repaired), my guess is this is normal unless a problem is evident.
What if any other symptoms are you getting to make you think it needs repairing?
