how can i keep my privacy and kickout live pc support ?

There is a new bot-problem in the CIS4.

I disagree with CIS4 that live pc support will really help anyone. I think it’s a bad addon-bot to spy out pc’s.

I think - If exist a helpful tool and i need no “such help”, than may be exist a method to disable it for the future. :wink: If there is no such a regular method to really disable “such help”, than this fact is a good hint to classify this as a bot with more than only helpful functions and this fact is the reason of nonexisting final-remove method.

What i have to do to kickout live pc support permanently from my pc and keep my pc so clean as possible.

please help

It installs as a separate program. You can therefore remove it by going to add/remove programs as you would any other program.
