How can I contribute to the translations?

It’s been a long time since CIS 6 with the new interface was released, but the Spanish translations (I don’t know about others) is still very incomplete. I’d like to help with the translations but I can’t find how.

Anyone can tell me how to do it? I’d like to have CIS in Spanish in all the computers I install it.
