how can i confirm if my cpanel update the newest rule ?

Hello,

it depends on how you use our ruleset. If you use CWAF-plugin then cPanel - Plugins - Comodo WAF - Main shows your current version and available version. If there are no new rules,
the current version is marked as the latest one. In CWAF-plugin then cPanel - Plugins - Comodo WAF - Configuration you can schedule the rules update.
Once a week would be perfectly enough.

i use ModSecurity™ Vendors to install it,will it update automatically ?

In this case rules are checked and updated (if there are new rules ) once a day by cPanel.
