Hitman Pro 3.5 False Positive?

CIS detected when scanning (and was probably the same one detected when Hitman updated earlier today - I had put it in exclusions but later uninstalled/reinstalled CIS to correct virus database update’s date which has been wrong for several days, so it’s gone!)

Yes, this False positive was fixed in DB version “5818”

Stupid question: should I have clicked to Submit As False Positive when it first came up during Hitman update?

I didn’t send it then since I didn’t know for sure that it was a false positive (though it seemed likely that CIS was just spotting it in Hitman’s malware signatures), but later thought that ya’ll wouldn’t just accept it as a false positive without checking it out first. So I sent it to the forum when it came up on scan.
