HIPS block all downloads via Firefox unless deactivated

Please advise on what setting there should be for CIS/ HIPS section in order to work with Firefox 48.

I have to manually turn off HIPS to be able to download anything via Firefox. Downloads through MS Edge are unaffected regardless of HIPS.

I configured HIPS to allow Firefox in HIPS but it did not fix the problem and still get error message “…part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.”

I pinpointed problem with HIPS blocking any downloads via Firefox unless HIPS are manually deactivated in Comodo Internet Security.

I get error message " part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read."

MS Edge browser is unaffected.

Please advise on solution or correct settings in HIPS section.
