HiJackThis log

I’ve noticed a few bits of dirty in this log. Any help to flag which are dodgy would be very helpful.

the [at]keyiso.dll is clearly a bad service. Thanks for the help in tracking down viruses.

A quick note, what actually happened was when i booted my computer, I couldn’t open exe files at all (except for specific ones like regedit, cmd, notepad). When I rebooted, the teatimer.exe Spybot S&D program automatically sorted this out. I assume it’s a deeper problem caused by a virus.
