This one doesnt look very safe…

I would say remove it.

ok I removed it, thank you very much.

My modem keeps resetting a couple times a day. Figured I would run a scan to see if maybe it was something on my end…

I have my cable company coming out tomorrow to see if whats going on.

A resetting modem can also be a modem issue; either hardware (leaky capacitors f.e.: http://www.badcaps.net/ ) or modem software.

Hijackthis log is fine.
You may have a problem with your modem, NIC or unstable networking signal.

Do not delete this.
This is a legitmate registry key.
It’s for Windows live Messenger.

It was but but is just a leftover BHO entry in HJT. Nothing removed when deleting it, just tidying.

Well I hope it is ok to delete, cause like I said I deleted it already

It was just a reg key for a Messenger add-on but it no longer pointed to a file. You probably uninstalled it and it left the key behind.

I mean that’s safe key.
Because, Omeletguy said

I passed his log by a hijackthis log analyzer. It told me it was bad.

I warned triplexi wasnt good at this in the PM :stuck_out_tongue:

You could have restored it with HijackThis.

I would not rely on an auto analyser like the German one, far better to do proper research because a mistake could be serious.
