high CPU usage

I am running CIS 8.4.0.5165 on a 64 bit Windows 10 system with 8GB RAM.

My CPU usage is always around 25% caused by CIS helper Service. What is wrong with CIS or my system?

I have high cpu usage with Firefox running along with Comodo Firewall program, but not for comodo process (max is about 10%).

I can’t remember so high cpu usage with firefox before installing Comodo Firewall program.
