After updating to Comodo v4.1.149672.916 (from 4.0.x) the process explorer.exe started to have a continuous cpu usage of 5-15% even when the computer is idle for a long period of time. Any user action like scrolling an explorer files list causes it to jump to 50%.
The explorer.exe process is probably the one that handles the taskbar because other symphoms are: Menus opened by windows start menu (for example QuickStart menus or administrative tools menu) don’t open, unhide/hide tray icons works very very slowly -

no way. even disabling D+ does nothing. -
