High CPU load for CFP.exe

My PC is a ICS server. I recently found that whenever other PCs under the same network is turned on, the CPU usage for CFP.exe goes crazy. It shoots up to 30-40% every 3 sec or so. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? Thanks a lot!

Did you just install Comodo? Is it learning? Have you tried putting D+ in training mode? Have you looked in your logs for anything that may lead to this problem?

I have installed comodo for about one month. There is no log for defense+ or firewall when this happens. I also tried disabling the firewall and defense+ but the problem with the cpu load still happens. It is only if I exit comodo totally or power off the other PC on the network before the CPU load can return to normal.
I tried installing comodo on the other PC but it caused CPU problems with svchost on that machine; so I had to uninstall it on that machine.

svchost should be outgoing only.

the problem with svchost is on the client machine. I have uninstalled the firewall on that machine already.
But for the ICS server, I still have comodo firewall installed. If I block incoming UDP for svchost, then the client machine cannot go online at all.
Anywayz, the CPU issue still happens even if I block all incoming IP to svchost. I also tried disabling the firewall and defense+, but the CPU of CFP still goes up to 30-40% every few sec.
