Hi sorry if I have posted in incorrect area.
The Heur.Suspious pop up disappeared when I tried to open a word doc so I could copy the info. Therefore I can not give the number.
The following pic is a copy of the Anti Virus Events log.
I am using virus database 2832

The reported file is termed as a potentially unsafe application. If you really want to continue use this file, You can add the file to the exclusion list.
