Comodo Internet Security - CIS AV False Positive/Negative Detection Reporting

Hi
I’ve been using Spotify for months without any problems. Recently, I have been unable to load it and, when I check Comodo, see the message in the subject.
I have tried uninstalling Spotify and reinstalling, but problem remains the same.
Help please.
