Every time I log in I get the attached error message … can someone please tell me why i am getting this all of a sudden??

Can you open Dragon after Windows has booted? Do you have an extension installed that will always run? If that is the case it may get started when Windows is still busy during boot.

Some applications make the browser run at startup.
You can open a “run” dialog (press Windows+R on the keyboard) then type “msconfig” in the dialog and run it. Under the “Startup” tab you should find and entry for Dragon and should be able to deactivate it.
Apart from this, you could identify which app you have installed and uninstall it.
