I try using Comodo backup free version and it never download and freeze my computer I had to hard shutdown computer…it never gave me my software??? I don’t know what the problems is but I am not so excited about using the backup anymore :cry: :-[ :-\

Do you mean that the download process stalled? or did the computer freeze after you installed CB?

This is issue was reported to happen on rare ocassions.
