I installed the malware program and can’t get it to work. there is no icon installed on the toolbar and when I tried to re-install it said I had to shut down on the toolbar…arrrrrgggg I love the firewall and I’m sure I’ll love this once I get it to work. I have XP pro. Is there a removal tool for the program so I can completely remove it and start over? Just uninstalling doesn’t seem to fix the problem. ???

Try this :
- Open your Windows Task Manager and go to the process list. Shut down the BOC424.EXE process. Close the Windows Task Manager. Now uninstall the CBOClean and reboot. Install CBOClean again and reboot.
