Hi yamman and welcome to the forum.
You will need a network control rule also.Pls read the above link as it will give general instructions on how to do this. Hope this helps.

Welcome to the forum.

First set up your port in Soulseek. Set a high port like 51515.
Close Soulseek.
Open CPF and go to network monitor. (security/network monitor)
Right click on the top rule in the rules list, choose add/add before
Set it like this.
Action : Allow
Protocol : TCP / UDP
Direction : In
Source IP : Any
Destination IP : Any (or zone if you have made one for your router)
Source Port : Any
Destination Port : A single port : 51515

Start Soulseek and see if it works. Give it some time to connect.
If it doesn’t work, restart CPF or reboot the PC.

Remember that the rules are read from the top, so if you want to allow something, you need to have it above the default block rule at the bottom.
