I’m using Comodo back up 4.4.1. I just downloaded the program, set up the backup, and have received an error 55 code on tow attempts, scheduling an overnight backup run. The issue seems to start early in the process with the log item: Simple copy metadata for this simple copy backup could not be set.
I’m a home user and not too techy on troubleshooting something like this. Can any one offer assistance as to why this may be happening based on the log below? I’ve just included the first few items in the log, and then the last few items of the log. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
