Help! Password logger virus.

Hi, this is my first post so apologies if I have not supplied enough info.
I seem to have a virus on my computer that prompts me for my full pin and password on my internet banking through Natwest. I have updated comodo and deleted all known threats but whenever I try to get into my bank I have the same problem. I have tried to access on another computer with no problems. My bank says I have the WSNPOEM virus. I am not having much luck finding how to remove it (or even confirm if it is infact this virus). I downloaded HijackThis and have the following logfile:
