Help needed with streaming audio being blocked

Hi! I’ve got the Comodo firewall version 3.14.130099.587 running on my mom’s Windows XP Home Edition SP3 system and for the most part it runs fine.

Today, she told me she can no longer listen to audio streamed from the website of a radio station. She’s using the Mozilla Firefox 3.6 browser.

The URL of the radio station’s website is:

The URL of the streaming audio player is:

Previously, she was able to load the streaming player using the direct URL above (which is a Firefox bookmark) but now it won’t play audio. If I disable the Comodo firewall completely, the audio can stream just fine. The firewall isn’t logging any blocking activity so I have no idea on where to define a rule or policy to allow this streaming audio URL.

By default, Comodo runs in “Safe Mode”. With Comodo in “Safe Mode”, we’re able to stream the audio of other sites just fine:

http://www.kgoradio.com/listenlive.asp
http://www.abacast.com/media/pls/kcsm/kcsm-kcsm-sc64.pls (for this one, we use VLC player for the stream)

Any ideas on what could be blocking the KOIT stream?

Thanks in advance!

I tried the page in Opera 10.50 beta with CIS v4 beta and it worked. When I fired up FF 3.6 it wouldn’t play: neither the direct url you provided or when I clicked on the Listen live button on the home page of KOIS.

When I disable the firewall it will play when I push the Listen live button on the home page of KOIS. When using the direct link it will play for one or two seconds.

Unfortunately the logging is not working here so I cannot look deeper into it.
