I do not know of any programs that can do that, How ever I think there is a high probability that this could be added into Comodo firewall 
I’ll make a suggestion.
Someone else should be able to help you till we find out if this could be integrated into cpf 
thanks for the recommendation…integrating this with comodo would be real nice, as Firewall Pro and Memory Firewall are the first applications installed after a reformat. Till that day, will keep up the search.
