I dont know what to do, I see alot of usless junk. Can someone help me with this stuff? I dont know if some is malware, if some is safe, I’m not sure whay to do.
Most off those files are used by the system…
So they look safe to me!

Nothing wrong with those. Most are old restore points. Just purge and delete then put D+ in safe mode so you dont have to deal with pending files anymore.
Is there a way to delete all the files?
I purged and the restore files remained so I removed them, Its clean now.
