I installed COMODO ANTIVIRUS in a 5 computer that not have internet, and I need to update the virus database but I don’t know how to update manually.

Right click on the Comodo Antivirus Icon on the task bar and select “Run Updater”

You can’t currently update the antivirus without internet access.

Oopsss. Sorry, Rrijo, I didnt realize that you could not download the updates on another pc from the website then use the updater to update.

My bad.
