Help creating rule/security policy for file sharing

I love being as stealthy as possible, but unfortunately I occasionally have to use filesharing at my school.
Now would it be possible to create a security policy that allows port 135, 139 and 445 for any IP in the same subnet as me? That would be fantastic, because I know I can make myself fully accessible through global rules, but all I want is filesharing to be possible. Thank you VERY much,

Create a port set wich includes ports 135, 139, 445. Then modify your application/global rules for trusted network by defining newly created port set in appropriate places instead of “any”.

Btw, not familiar with filesharing… Are these ports used for incoming or outgoing requests?
