Help! Comodo alerts freeze when printing in Adobe programs

Hopefully someone can help… When trying to print from any of my Adobe CS3 programs the Comodo alert pops up like it does for everything (that’s just how I like it) but unlike every other time for everything else, the alert that pops up won’t recognize when I click on the OK button, or the Cancel button, or anything! this leads to the program hanging and having to cancel the process, which caused me to lose a days work already (only because I didn’t save it all day) and most of all not letting me print anything. I can turn off Comodo, but I’d rather not, this seems like a glitch in the program which needs to be fixed. Thanks for any help!!!

Its is not a glitch. You should never cancel a D+ alert. Why don’t you try making the program a trusted program under D+. Better yet have you tried using D+ in training mode. Post this in the help area or ask a modder to move it.

Yeah… you mentioned this:

when I click on the OK button, or the Cancel button, or anything! this leads to the program hanging and having to cancel the process

When you click anything… Off course it will lead it problems, It wont work because you clicked Cancel.

Go to Defense+/Advanced/Computer Security Policy. Find the entry for Adobe CS3 & Remove it. Now re-open the program and allow all the pop ups again.

Training Mode will help alot too, But don’t leave it on forever- Atleast a day or 2- Then switch it back to Safe Mode as Vettetech pointed out.

Cheers.
