Headline: Corrupt audio file disables truck!

I recently made a music CD on a different computer than my own. I used Windows Media Player. Apparently, one of the tracks was corrupt. My truck CD deck barfed on it. I ejected the CD. Without my knowledge the vehicle CD deck still thought there was a bad CD in, and kept trying to eject it–even with the engine off and key removed. The truck sat for two days while the “CD” kept being “ejected,” until the battery ran down. If it ever happens again I will make sure to do a “hard reset” of the radio. I don’t think I will use Media Player again to burn a CD. Live and learn.
