suppose i added a folder to trusted files at the file rating setting of cis,does that mean i have only added all the files currently under this foler to the trusted files list or mean all the other files copied to this folder in future would be also treated as trusted files?

The folder will be trusted, all files in the folder will be trusted.
So any future files added to the folder will also be trusted.
