When swtiching to “Clean PC Mode”, the “pending files” will show many files occasionally. They are notified as new files to the system. What annoy me is, how does comodo make it? I know it is not reply on the MD5 but a new skill awards patent. But when some applications update to the new version, will V3 detect them or just ignore them with the same name?
AFAIK CIS only compares the hash values to it’s whitelist. When an app updates, if it has the same name and location, it will have the same rights as the version before it.
