If you installed Windows 10 and CIS, and AV updates does not work (2x error info) then turn off the firewall for a few minutes and try again Update AV database or add rule to firewall:
(allow)
and then your update should be successfully.
So probably CIS problem is a little bug, cmdupd.exe cant connect to comodo servers because it does not have a rule by default + CIS does not show popup “cmdupd.exe bla bla. Allow/Block”. So just add the rule manually or turn off the firewall for a 2 minutes.
