GUI bug?? minimize/maximize box stays the same (* * FIXED * *)

Hi all, It may well be me not being very observant but today I noticed the minimize/maximize box doesn’t change when changing from full screen to small screen and visa versa. Is this a small GUI bug? or has it always been this way and I just haven’t noticed??

I am not sure whether or not it has always been this way, but regardless I agree that it is a GUI bug.
