Google Chrome: I can collect StartSSL certificate but not Comodo certificate

But that is true only for YOUR certificate because I did test startSSL certificate enrollment with chrome and it did work perfectly.

So what’s different between your certificate and their certificate ? Did you investigate already ?

Chrome has very limited certificate enrollment capabilities and there are few bugs surrounding the issue. One of the major ones can be found here.
