Hi Guys, I bought a Golf Buddy GPS and down loaded the program from their web site, The software is made by Deca Systems to sync the unit to the web site. These were unrecognized files by defense + and the pop ups started. I allowed and everything worked OK. Are these auto submitted to Comoco or do I manually submit? I don’t believe they were Sandboxed. I noticed many files from Open Office that I use have been submitted. Are you ever notified the files are OK ? What is the process? Thanks for your help.
They should all be submitted automatically. However, Comodo receives an absolute deluge of unrecognized files every day.
Therefore, the best way to get files whitelisted is to post them in this topic.
