I would like to know if I can set Comodo to log on ANY BLOCK, not just on the triggering of a rule - for example, I want to allow certain connections, but don’t want it logged when they occur (are allowed), I just want to know when a connection is blocked because of that allow rule.
Adding a rule to “block and log all unmatching requests” to the end of the rules you made for each application you allow would make the trick you are looking for, if I understand correctly your question.
That would be what I am looking for, but I do not see the option to add that anywhere - the only option (in the rules) is the checkbox for “Log as a firewall event if this rule is fired”. I am running v5.10.228257.2253.
Click on one of your application rule > edit > add ==> add the rule shown in attached image. Repeat for each application rule where you want to block & log all unmatching requests.
