Every comodo update installs it onto my system again when I’ve already told it NO! I want to be able to permanently block its installation.

During the update click customize installer at the bottom left corner of the installation screen once it appears, deselect PrivDog then go back and agree to continue.
CIS then continues to update minus PrivDog.
