Getting the email certificate

I probably can figure out the answer to my question but I want the get a confirmation. I have enrolled for a free email certificate.
Unfortunately I didn’t export it and now that I had to format my system I lose it.

It was univoquely associated to my main email address. What can I do?

Hi,

If you don’t have the exported certificate with private key then the only options is to submit a ticket to support and ask them to revoke the email certificate so that you can re-apply.
