I actually have a fresh install of Comodo and have ctfom active and running with no errors. Comodo never even gave me a pop alert about it.
That could be a temporal solution. But Comodo should add an option to automatically trust memory access to trusted aplication you know like a trusted situation.
Defense+ → Advanced → Computer Security Policy → “All applications” (*) → Edit → Access Rights → Interprocess Memory Accesses → Modify
Check that a entry for %windir%\system32\ctfmon.exe exists in allowed applications (It should exist if you didn’t import an old configuration) . If it doesn’t exist then create a new entry for it.
