generic host process for win32 error

hi
i need help real bad my pc keep’s shutting down after it says generic host process for win32 service

i clicked to see the info and its brings up

error signature

szAppname : svhost.exe szappver :5.1.2600.2180 szmodname : termsrv.dll
szmodver : 5.1.2600.2055 ofset : 00022ca6

and the error report says

c:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERd63b.dir00\svhost.exe.mdmp
c:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERd63b.dir00\appcompat.txt

any help and i would be greatful it keeps making my pc wanna restart

Try going to WINDOWS\system32 and deleting the termsrv.dll. Windows should restore the original one from WINDOWS\system32\dllcache.
If it doesn’t work, try downloading it from here. First replace the one in WINDOWS\system32\dllcache, then the one in WINDOWS\system32. It’s very important to replace the one in dllcache first, else Windows will restore it. You’ll need to enable viewing hidden files and folders to see dllcache.
If this doesn’t work, open the start menu, click Run and write services.msc. Now find Terminal Server. Double-click it and set start type to Disabled. This should end your problem.
