How long will this be approximately?

I am a new channel partner and we just getting ready to roll of the Geek Buddy / Live PC Support service to our clients but notice that the service has been offline or unavailable for since 01/19/2011. Can we get an update as to when the service will be back online so that we can begin to move forward with out roll out. The last thing we want to do is introduce this new product to our clientbase at a time when the service is unavailable.
