GeekBuddy Freeze

:frowning: The last two months on 2011 Comodo Pro, GeekBuddy window would open and say “connected” and nothing ever thereafter. I just updated to 2012 and GeekBuddy still freezes. I can’t even reach anyone to ask to help me get unstuck. Any recommendations/guidance would be greatly appreciated. Like a phone number to the office…
