FYI: Update to CIS 4.x users have been released!

Hello Everyone,

We would like to inform you that we have just released the updates to the users of COMODO Internet Security/Firewall/Antivirus 4.x.

At the end of the update, the users will be having COMODO Internet Security/Firewall/Antivirus 5.0(Build 1135).

Your existing security configurations will be updated to keep up with the new CIS 5 security enhancements if necessary.

Just to let everyone know, there is a guide for Installation & initial configuration the hassle-free way (CIS 5.x).

I’d advise following the advice for upgrading to V5.

Just updated from version 4 (I was too bored to do a clean install… ;D)

I always get an error during the update.
where can i download the offline update files, why I cannot find a link?

I have noticed the post but I can only find install files. I didn’t see update files there.
I am current a CSI v4 user and I need the offline upate files from V4 to V5.

I see. I am sorry but they are not existing.

You need to either update from within v4.1 using the program updater or do a clean install of v5.

You can uninstall V4 and install V5. This is the installation recommendations anyway.
