FW rules auto-deactivated if concerning program not found on computer?

I’m using Comodo IS for a while and I’m very happy, tell every friend to check Comodo if they ask or advice for a new antivir / firewall solution.

But one thing is a little strange,
could it be that the created firewall rules were deactivated automatically when the programs aren’t at the computer at startup?

I have some portable apps at my externe usb drive with some firewall rules in comodo, but after Windows startup comodo blocks these apps by default if the drive isn’t connected at the windows and comodo startup.
So when I connect the drive later (every time the same drive letter, it’s forced) I have to go to the comodo firewall section and click on every option, then save - and all works fine.

A bug? A feature?
