The firewall blocks the updater for PCT Spyware Dr. regardless of permissions and even when FW application is turned off. When updater is blocked, Spyware Dr. UI does not open until a malformed process is terminated in Windows Task Mgr. Uninstalled Comodo suite, problem disappeared.
