full scan not completing.

Ive tried for a second time to perform a full scan on my 32-bit computer and it fails to complete.
Im going to have to uninstall the anti-virus from the computer.
I dont know why this has happened again.
Ive tried everything …clean re-installs etc.
I have comodo installed on my 64-bit just fine with no problems.
It may be my older computer is on the way out,
Or a 32-bit problem.

The full scan was just in a continual loop.
Any suggestions anyone.?

There have been some problems reported with rootkit (and I think cloud) scanning enabled. Disable them and try again.

Yes ive tried your suggestions and to no avail.
The first time i tried the scan went into 4 hours and still did not complete.
I tried again yesterday with a clean installation and still would not complete a scan.
Then to top it off the defence+ module stopped working.

It maybe my 32-bit machine .

I may have to try another fresh re-install.
If i have the patience .

Ive given up with comodo on the 32-bit computer.
It went nuts and blocked everything.
Only thing left for me to try is the clean-up tool.

Does the scanner get stuck at a file and then it won’t continue?

Ive managed to get the full suite up and running on my 32-bit.

I put the known clean files into the exclusions in the av settings.
But i downloaded the anti-virus on its own first of all and then after scanning changed to the full suite.

It would help Comodo filing file a bug report in the Bug Reports - CIS board following the format as described in FORMAT & GUIDE - just COPY/PASTE it!.

Also follow How to determine which file is causing a manual scan to hang to determine what file was causing the scanner to be hung. Please add this information to your bug report.
