FTP application won't run under CIS [RESOLVED]

One application which uses FTP is not running correctly. CIS did not ask about it so I added it manually but it still will not work.

In the firewall “Network Security Policy” section I set the program to be “treated as an FTP client” but it still won’t run under CIS.

FTP type applications running behind a firewall need to be configured to use Passive FTP (PASV mode). Can your app be configured to use this?

That was it. Interesting that the program would run under other firewalls in non-pasive mode. Thanks and sorry for posting in the wrong place!
