Free TrustConnect Authentication faile

Hi,
I can´t activate the connection.
Give me this message:

why ?

This is usually caused by entering the incorrect username or password for your trustconnect account.

Please verify that you are using the correct sign-in details and that your TrustConnect account has not gone over its 10GB limit for the month.
