On startup today, a yellow exclamation mark was in the taskbar icon, I have looked at the programme, but cannot see a problem, the diagnosis found no problem, and there was no update avaiable. My computer is XP Home sp3 32bit. Thanks.
I assume you tried a reboot to see if the problem is still there?
What’s the message in the main GUI of the program, and which version of the product are you using?
Hello Ronny. Thank you for your reply. There was no message, the version number is: 5.0.162636.1135. I had not tried a reboot, after posting this question I shut down, but of course on bootup the problem had gone. thank you for your help. 
It seems to happen on certain occasions.
