I appreciate very much that Comodo offers a “free” email digital certificate/signature. However, when I affix it to a PDF document and email it, when the recipient opens it on their computer, it says it is not valid “author unknown.” What is the point of the “free” certificate if it doesn’t work? I mean, shouldn’t that be stated, that it won’t work?
