Hi!
With Comodo Firewall 10.2.0.6514 Forza Horizon 3 still crashes.

I find the solution:
Open CIS, go to Advanced settings, File Rating, File List and add exe as trusted file.
After, in Advanced Protection Configuration\Miscellaneous Settings\Disable shellcode injection detection (make sure ‘Disable shellcode injections detection for’ checkbox is enabled) and exclude the exe (for me: I:\WindowsApps\Microsoft.OpusPG_1.0.101.2_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\forza_x64_release_final.exe, but you can use the Add\running process feature)
Now Forza Horizon 3 works.

Please check issue with newest CIS version 11.0.0.6606 that has a fix for this game.
