Force Https?

Hi, is it possible to create a setup where Comodo takes a http request and changes it to (https) instead?
For example, application XXX tries to connect to ip : 123.456.789.123:80 (or http://example.com) by default, can Comodo force the application to use 123.456.789.123:433 (or https://example.com) somehow? (any connection, not just a web browser)
or better yet,

No this is not possible, however if you want a secure and encrypted connection between your computer and the website you can use comodo’s TrustConnect VPN service.

There are browser extensions that will do this (HTTPS Everywhere is one of them).
It has a rules database; disabling HTTP completely will break web site viewing.
